Den brittiska independentorganisationen AIM hyllade i veckan årets vinnare på sin stora prisgala Independent Music Awards i London. Bland pristagare återfanns, förutom legender och storheter som Adele, The Prodigy och The 13th Floor Elevators, bland andra svenska First Aid Kit.
First Aid Kit segrade i den udda – men ytterst hedersvärda! – kategorin Best Difficult Second Album, där man fick ta emot priset för årets album The Lion’s Roar [Wichita Recordings].
